    • Return Eligibility

    We offer a 2-day money-back guarantee. You have 48 hours from the moment of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item. After this window, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

    • Condition of Returned Items

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means:

    • Unworn and unused (no perfume scents, makeup stains, or signs of wear).
    • All original tags must still be attached.
    • Original packaging must be included.
    • Return Shipping & Responsibility

    Recto Verso does not provide a pickup service for returned items.

    Once you have notified us of your intent to return an item and its eligibility has been confirmed by our team, we will contact you directly. We will provide you with the specific steps and the designated return address to ensure your item reaches us safely.

    Recto Verso is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in transit back to us.

    Please note that any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

    • Refund or Store Credit

    Once your return is received and inspected, you can choose between:

    • A full refund, issued in cash and delivered to you via our courier service.
    • Store Credit: A digital voucher to be used for your next Recto Verso order, valid for 6 months
    • Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and business reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Items on Sale: Any item purchased at a discount or during a promotional event.
    • Specific Categories: Swimwear.
    • Gift Cards.
    • Refund Process

    Once we approve your return, we will initiate the refund.

    Regardless of the original payment method (Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery), all refunds are issued in cash and delivered directly to you via our courier service.

    • Return Approval

    All returns must be pre-approved. Do not send items back to us without first contacting our team via:

    • Damaged or Defective Items

    We take quality control seriously, but if we miss something, we’ll make it right. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, Recto Verso will cover all shipping costs for the replacement or return.
