• Delivery Areas and Shipping Fees

We aim to make our collections accessible across Lebanon with the following fee structure:

• Beirut Area: We offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the Beirut district.
• Outside Beirut: We deliver across Lebanon with a variable shipping fee ranging from $5 to $10, determined by your delivery address. Our team will provide the final shipping cost before your order is dispatched.
• International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

• Buy Now, Pay Upon Delivery

To ensure your convenience and security, we offer a “Pay Upon Delivery” service. You can finalize your purchase at your doorstep using any of the following methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment in US Dollars and Lebanese Pounds (LBP).
• Card on Delivery: Our couriers carry mobile POS (Point of Sale) terminals, allowing you to pay via debit or credit card upon receipt.

• Delivery Timelines

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

Standard delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days. 

Depending on your location and the time of your order, same-day delivery may be available within certain areas, and depending on the time of day the order was placed. You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched with a more specific arrival estimate.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays, high-demand sale periods, or due to local logistics conditions.

• Order Scheduling and Communication

Our delivery partner will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call prior to arrival to coordinate a convenient time slot. Please ensure the contact number provided during checkout is active and reachable to avoid any delays.

• Recipient Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address (including building name, floor, and landmarks).
• Presence for Delivery: If you are unable to receive the package personally, please ensure an authorized person is available to handle the payment and receive your order.
• Failed Attempts: After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the customer being unreachable, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and future “Pay Upon Delivery” privileges may be restricted.

• Inspection at Delivery

While our couriers cannot wait for you to try on clothes, we encourage you to inspect the external packaging for any signs of tampering or significant damage before accepting the delivery. If you notice a discrepancy, please contact us immediately.

• Sale Items

Please remember that while we deliver all items with the same care, items purchased on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the delivery is completed and payment is processed.
