These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Recto Verso website (therectoverso.com) and the purchase of any products from our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Recto Verso is an online clothing boutique, operating in Lebanon. The website is powered and managed by Nova Niche.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid payment method recognized by us.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your order will apply to that specific transaction.

2. Products and Pricing

Product Descriptions

We strive to display the colors and details of our items as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply or to refuse an order if an item is out of stock.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in US Dollars. Prices do not include delivery charges (see Shipping Policy). We reserve the right to change prices at any time due to market fluctuations or errors, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed by us.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

Order Placement

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the item. The contract between you and Recto Verso is only formed once you receive a formal order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Order Refusal

We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, unavailability of stock, or delivery restrictions.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all local orders.
Card on Delivery: Payment via credit/debit card upon receipt of the item using our mobile terminal (POS provided upon delivery).

Buy Now, Pay Upon Delivery

By selecting this option, you commit to paying the full order amount upon delivery. Failure to accept or pay for a requested delivery without a valid reason may result in the suspension of your account for future orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping exclusively within the Beirut area. Deliveries outside of Beirut are subject to a delivery fee of $5 to $10 based on the destination.

Delivery Timeline

While we aim for delivery within 1–3 business days, same-day service may be provided where feasible (depending on the destination and the time of the order’s placement). However, delays caused by logistics or local circumstances are sometimes unavoidable.

6. Returns and Refunds

Two-Day Guarantee

We offer a 2-day money-back guarantee for eligible items. To qualify, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Sale Items

All items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or at a discounted price are final sale. They are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and designs, is the exclusive property of Recto Verso or its content suppliers. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Recto Verso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.
